Nose of Black cherry and vanilla spice
Palate: Complex Cherry and currant flavors with a hint of mint and toasty oak.

Truchard Merlot 1998
A Cab lovers Merlot.
Nose: Blueberry, ripe plum and blackberry accented with hints of cedar, violets, tobacco and mint.
Palate: Round and rich plum, black cherry, vanilla and red currant. Velvety tannins coat the long lasting finish.

Wellington Merlot 1998
Nose: Chocolate, Plum, Vanilla and hints of green tea.
Palate: Full bodied with well integrated tannins and a long finish.

Dickerson Reserve Merlot 1998
A true Cabernet lovers Merlot yet still delicate. Less than 500 cases made.
Nose: Earthy spicy smoky aromas
Palate: Rich full cherry flavors with a hammy spicy undertone. Full-bodied tannins make a long lasting finish.

Rich Havens is the winemaker and prides himself on his full bodied merlot. Try with a rack of lamb.
Nose: Big cherry and Chocolate
Palate: hearty
