This comes from the maker of Cornerstone, Bruce Scotland.
The fruit comes from a great appellation. Everything you would expect
from a European Pinot.
Nose: strawberry and Cherry
Palate: wonderful earthy finish

Dijon Clone Pinot Noir 1999
This comes from the Vine Hill Region of Russian River
Valley, the same region as Dehlinger and Kistler and it has the same quality.
The best of the best.

A great value on a Carneros Pinot and has everything you
should expect.
Ripe cherry and a nice spicy finish
McIlroy Pinot
Noir 1998 Aquarius Ranch
Will McIlroy is the winemaker at Davis Bynam and uses
100% Russian River Fruit. This is one of the best Pinot Noir Vineyards
on the river.
Nose: Spiced Cherry and clove
Palate: warm earthy spice gives way to flavors of plum and cherry. Well
balanced with a long smooth finish
Moshin Vineyards
1999 Pinot Noir
This is where Gary Farrel buys his fruit from and if you
like Farrell you will love Moshin.
Nose: Spice and berries
Palate: Ripe cherry and sweet spice combined with soft tannins and subtle
oak.
1999 Unti Zinfandel
Prototypical Dry Creek Zin. Dusty raspberry and blackberry
and cherry flavors with a black pepper finish. It has 16% Petit Sirah
for a strong backbone.

Nose: Strong Russian river fruit, raspberry cherry and grape
Palate: fruit forward with a strong black pepper finish
Franus 1999 Zinfandel
Very full bodied with fruit from one of the best vineyards
in the Sierra foothills. This one is not for children. Goes with meats
and heavy pasta.
Nose: Blackberry, anise cinnamon and sweet vanilla
Palate: Ripe fruit juicy and subtle with spice and earthy flavors.
Pezzi King Maple
Vineyard Zinfandel 1999
This is the second batch from Tim Crowe the new winemaker
who spent 8 years at Arrowood and is at the top of his game. This is an
Al Liner favorite.
Nose: Lush Raspberry sweet vanilla and white pepper
Palate: Full mouth tannins with blackberry, hints of Chocolate, very elegant
finish
Schuetz Oles Korte
Ranch Zinfandel 1999
Alice Waters chose this wine for Chez Pinisse. Old Vine
Zin aged 102 years.
Nose: Pepper smoke and ham
Palate: Ripe Blackberry and dried cherry flavors with a long spicy finish
going to chocolate and licorice.
